AGM Location and details

Dear MUDC members,

This is a reminder that the club is having its Annual General Meeting this Friday, 30th October 2009, 5:30pm at the Cricket Pavillion*.

Here are the reasons why you should come:

1. We will be voting on the newly revised constitution, available at http://mudc.org.au/mudcfiles/MUDC-Constitution-Revision-2009-1.pdf

2. You are interested in joining the committee for next year. In that case, the constitution also contains brief descriptions of various committee positions and duties.

3. You just want to have a say in shaping your favourite club

4. You want to support your favourite committee candidates

So come along! The meeting should finish in time for dinner.

*The Cricket Pavillion is located on the North side of the oval. To get to the Cricket Pavillion from the Union House Building, head out into North Court, past the new gym facilities and pool, and cross over to the other side of the oval.
